massage room

i'm looking for a room to use a few times per week to hold appointments in for my massage clients near grove st, south of columbus/newark. i spend most of my time working with new york city ballet, but it would be nice to have space closer to home as well. if anyone knows of anything that would be clean and quiet and not expensive, please let me know! i'm a NY State Licensed therapist, so this is not some disguise for hanky panky!!
